With Water Energy Solutions, the main focus of our improvement skills is on the areas of energy efficiency, process optimization and process development. Areas where we believe that significant progress needs to be and can be made.
Our Approach

ISPC methodology
Using our own Integral Scope & Perspective Changes (ISPC) methodology we systematically analyze and model utilities and their interactions with core-processes. The methodology is designed to generate different utility focused overviews of a production site based on actual production data as well as product recipes. Together with a top down approach, these overviews result in new insights for significant optimization potential.
Tipping point
As new insights lead to new ideas, we are dedicated to finding opportunities and converting potential into projects. Implementation of projects may not always seems viable at the time, but can become viable in the (near) future.
The tipping point for when the project becomes viable is influenced by many factors other than just energy – and CO2-prices, such as changing legislation, planned maintenance moments, replacement moments, and changes in energy infrastructure. When an opportunity is dismissed it is important to document when it should be reconsidered; preventing redundant efforts and enabling development of an energy strategy. All to achieve sustainable performance leaps, powering the right way forward for industry.
