Water Energy Solutions started as a technical problem solving company in 2010, solving problems for multinationals in the (chemical) process industry and performing feasibility studies. Combining the two projects resulted in the current optimization and strategy projects of Water Energy Solutions: by looking beyond specific problems and by analysing technology and processes from an objective, fact based and new utility perspective, new optimization potential is found.

With a portfolio of over 80 customers in industry, wastewater management and governments, a growing team of (chemical) engineers and our experience using our own Integral Scope & Perspective Changes (ISPC) methodology, we believe that 20% energy reduction for every production plant is within reach with payback periods of 5 years or less. With results even up to 70% energy reduction potential for a site housing three plants with an overall payback period of 8 months.
